FAPG does not sell or share personal information
We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months. We do not disclose personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell or share sensitive personal information. We do not sell the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16.
"Sell" and "share" have specific meanings under California law that are broader than an exchange of money — sharing data with an advertising network counts. We do neither, in the broad sense as well as the narrow one.
This site loads no third-party script and sets no cookie, so there is no advertising or analytics vendor receiving anything about your visit in the first place.

Tell us which right you are exercising and give us enough information to locate your records.
We will verify your identity before acting. An authorized agent may act for you with written permission. We respond within the period required by the law that applies to you, and we will not discriminate against you for asking.
Sensitive personal information
The application necessarily collects sensitive personal information — a Social Security number and government identification, among other things. It is used only to prepare your documents, to verify identity, and for tax reporting; it is never used to infer characteristics about you.
It is also stored so that no party to the transaction can read it back. That design does more for you in practice than an opt-out would.
