Sign in with the email address you used when the file was opened. Authentication is by emailed one-time code — there is no password to forget or to reuse from somewhere else.
Invited to a file?
Use the link you were sent, and have the six-digit code ready — it arrives by a different channel on purpose, so a forwarded email alone cannot let anyone in.
If your link has expired, ask the other party to reissue it from their order. For your protection every failed attempt looks identical, so we cannot tell you which half was wrong.
Not started a file yet?
Either side of the transaction can open one, then invite the other. See what you will need →
We will never ask for your password or your Social Security number by email
FAPG does not use passwords at all, and confidential identifiers are collected only inside the application. If you receive an email asking for either, it did not come from us — forward it to Eric@FiduciaryAssetProtectionGroupLLC.com and do not reply to it.
